Terms of Service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and VTS, which operates SaySo. By creating an account, or by accepting an invitation to a team, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you use SaySo for an agency or company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
The service
SaySo lets agencies plan and schedule social media posts for their clients, collect the client's approval through a review link, and publish approved posts to connected accounts. Publishing directly to a platform works only where it is available; for other platforms you publish by hand. SaySo is in beta: it is free for now, features may change, and we will tell you before anything you rely on goes away or starts to cost money.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away at hello@saysohub.com if you think someone else has used it.
- Workspace owners decide who is on their team and what each person can do. Removing someone from a team ends their access to that client.
Your content
The posts, media, comments and client details you put into SaySo stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them, and to send them to the platforms you choose, only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish, including the client's permission to post on their accounts.
Connected accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram or another platform, you authorise SaySo to act on that account within the permissions you grant: to publish the posts approved in SaySo and to read their insights. Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms (for Meta, the Meta Terms of Service and Platform policies). You can disconnect at any time, in SaySo or in the platform's own settings. A platform can refuse, delay or remove a post, or change its API, and SaySo cannot override that.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SaySo to:
- publish anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- post to an account you are not authorised to manage;
- send spam, or send review links or invitations to people who did not expect them;
- probe, overload or get around the security of the service, or reach data belonging to another workspace;
- resell or copy the service, or scrape it.
Approvals and publishing
A client's approval in SaySo records what they said about the version they saw. It is a record for you and your client, not a guarantee by us. You remain responsible for what is published on your clients' accounts. Scheduled posts are published as close to their time as the platform allows, but we cannot promise exact timing, and you should check anything time-critical.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using SaySo at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the platforms at risk; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and say why.
Warranty and liability
SaySo is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, VTS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost clients or a post that went out late or not at all, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it (which, while the service is free, is zero). Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies; continuing to use SaySo after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
